Requests for editorial changes for both courses and programs must be submitted on the “Editorial Request” form found on the Curriculum Forms Website. Approval will be required by the department chair/school director and the UCC Executive Secretary. A brief rationale/reason for change will be required on the form along with exact proposed new catalog copy. Editorial changes will be active with the first available two-year catalog.
The intent of the document is to help faculty develop innovative and high quality course and program proposals that meet the University guidelines. Included in this document are definitions, policies, and forms that are used during the curriculum approval process.
